Fie goes downunder

Today I have been watching the tv series Father Ted on Frans DVD for hours! I think it's soo funny. I have allso been outside (at least for two hours), I went into the center of Freo and bought a sim card for my mobile phone so that I now have a phone over here, wich is good to have when looking for a job etcetera.. Have allso walked Des on the beach yet again where she enjoyed herself and actually so did I because the weather was lovely this afternoon.

Allso had lovely chinease dinner with aunty v. nice.

For your general info it is not yet so warm in Australia, it's about twenty degrees during the day so I can't, unfortunatley, find any sexy- surfers on the beach yet, but if I wait until november I will have plenty to look at haha. So thats why Im not constantly at the beach, it's still a bit too cold im afraid..  

Otherwise im all ok, bit upset with skype because it's not bloody working wich is driving me mad. I dont know how to fix it :( the login on frans comupter keeps saying my password is wrong and I have changed it five times now I know it's the right password it makes me soo mad ..

Father Ted

Today has been a very quiet day, I woke up waay to late again and all I have done today is walk the dog and have lunch out with Fran. I don't know if im jetlagged still or maybe if I am getting a cold or something but today I have been very tired. Hope I feel better tomorrow, I might go to Perth with Fran and then she will go to work and I will go into town and then get the train back to Freo. I have to get an australian sim card tomorrow for a mobilephone I am borrowing from Fran. Terribly uninterresting day today, haha haven't got much to write about im afraid. Throwing in another picture from Caversham yesterday below:

   

So today we have been to town and looked around. Went to a really nice cafe opposite the university in Freo wich I much enjoyed. There is apparently free wireless internet there so I might go there sometime next week and take my computer with me. As it is now I am using Frans computer so in order to show you pictures and stuff I would need to have some wireless internet.

After we had been in town I went for a walk with Des, the dog, to the beach and that was really nice. Its a beach with loads of dogs and I love it (allthough pobably not as much as my dad who is still going on about it and he was here allmost a year ago haha). 

Im still quite jetlagged unfortunatley so I sleep most of the time. I will just be taking it easy through september I think and then find a job or something so I soppose this "blogg" buisness will be a lot more fun when I start to gp out more and do things, but at least I have started to write wich is good cause im usually pretty crap at these things ... hehe 
 
Fremantle itself is a really nice place. People here are so happy and they allways say Hello and stuff wich I am still not used to. It's very different from Sweden in the sence that people here are a lot more sociable with strangers.

During the weekend we might be going to the Perth Zoo (hope so!) cause as most of you probably know I really love animals haha and I would enjoy so much to see some kangaroos and koalas.

Hello Dad (very boring for anyone except Paul)

This is a very open letter to you (haha) conserning the heaters in my appartement. Could you go there during the week and let air into them because the board, commity thingi, wants me to but as it is I am to far away. All info about it is up on the board as you enter the building (vanskaps vagen). Pls see to it asap because nobody else can do it before the first floor has done it so pls look that up and don't forget how much you love me.

hello everyone!

I have arrived and its soo great to be here I cant belive it! All the flights were really good and smooth no problems at all, but I am still very tired (jetlag) and expect to be tired for a few more days I think..

So today Fran (aunty) woke me up at half past one in the afternoon and I was still heavily sleeping (!!). We went from Fremantle to The Hills (Lesmurdie) and Fran went to the doc and I had a nice walk around The Hills and then we went to see Frans friends Ann and Les (I think?) who were really nice allthough they were a bit overshadowed by an old couple who were wisiting them from sydney, who really would not stop talking haha. They were nice and they invited me to come to them and stay if I was goung to carry on round Australia and go to Sydney wich was v nice of them. Apparently they live in a really nice place so that could be something for the future :) 

We allso stopped and looked at Frans old house (Fran used to live in the Hills before moving to Fremantle) on the way back to Freo (fremantle) and i Really didn't recognise it at all wich made me a bit sad since I have been there when I was about ten.

I am so happy to be here and I really feel it was the right thing to do. Now I just want to travel more and I have loads of ideas but I am of course going to stay with Fran for a while!

I am thinking of everyone and I hope you are all ok without me even though I know you must be struggling hard (!)

Now I am going to eat fish and chips and play with Des, I will tell you more about her tomorrow :)
